– Candy red and black fuel tank with Honda lettering
– Chrome four-pipe exhaust system
– White bench seat, spoked wheels and front disc brake

The private seller offers for sale this 1972 Honda CB750 Four K2, powered by a 750 cc inline-four engine, paired with a five-speed manual transmission. With its candy red tank, gleaming chrome and the unmistakable four-cylinder engine, this K2 is a motorcycle that needs little introduction.

When Honda introduced the CB750 Four in 1969, it redefined what a production motorcycle could be. With its single-overhead-camshaft inline-four engine, electric starter, front disc brake and a smooth, reliable character, it became the first true superbike and the blueprint for the modern multi-cylinder motorcycle. The K2, built from 1972, continued the formula with small refinements to the first K0 and K1 models, and today it is one of the most recognisable and widely admired Japanese classics. The air-cooled four-cylinder engine with its row of polished finned cylinders and four carburettors is a showpiece in its own right, and the four-into-four exhaust gives the machine a distinctive sound.

This example is shown with a candy red and black tank, chrome handlebars with period instruments, spoked wheels and a white bench seat. The seller indicates a mileage of 38000 km. The photographs show the motorcycle from several angles, including a close view of the engine, the tank and the instrument cluster, so prospective buyers can form an impression of the machine. A CB750 Four K2 is a motorcycle with great historical significance and is a fine addition to any collection of classic Japanese motorcycles.
