The professional seller offers for sale this 1977 Honda XL350, powered by a 350 cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine. The XL350 belongs to Honda’s XL series of dual-purpose motorcycles, which helped define the trail bike category in the 1970s. Built around a simple, air-cooled overhead-camshaft single, with a high front mudguard, long-travel suspension and a slim fuel tank, it was designed to be equally at home on the road and on dirt tracks. Today these early XL models are admired by collectors of vintage trail and enduro motorcycles for their uncomplicated engineering and period styling.

This example carries the original colour scheme of an orange tank with black and white pinstriping and the gold Honda wing emblem, orange side covers marked XL350, and a black seat carrying the Honda name. It has a round chrome headlight, a twin-dial instrument cluster with speedometer and tachometer, indicators at the front and rear, and a rear grab rail and tail lamp. The photos show the engine and its cases with the Honda logo, the exhaust, the rear shocks and chain, both wheels and the instruments up close. According to the seller the machine still has to be started up, and bidders should plan accordingly. It comes with Canadian papers, and the seller states that all import duties and VAT have been paid.
