The seller offers for sale this 2002 Lander Graziella 340 caravan, a compact and extensively restored travel caravan designed to offer the comfort of a larger unit while remaining lightweight and easy to tow. According to the seller, the caravan was purchased in Italy in 2021 and transported to Belgium, after which it underwent a three-year nut-and-bolt restoration that was completed in August 2025. During this restoration the upper body was separated from the chassis and the entire structure was strengthened and rebuilt. The frame was reinforced with additional steel profiles and treated with anti-rust coating, while the fiberglass body was repaired and strengthened before being repainted in a two-tone combination of mint green and ivory.
The interior has been extensively renewed and equipped with a range of practical features. Improvements include a new waterproof wooden floor with vinyl covering, new electrical wiring for both 220V and 12V systems, LED interior and exterior lighting, and new window blinds with mosquito screens. The caravan is fitted with a revised Electrolux refrigerator, a refurbished two-burner gas stove, a Trumatic gas heater and an Elgena boiler. Additional equipment includes a Thetford chemical toilet, multiple interior and exterior power outlets, USB connections and a rear-view camera. Safety equipment includes a gas alarm system, an automatic gas bottle safety device and a fire extinguisher.
Compact caravans such as the Lander Graziella are appreciated for their practicality and ease of use. Thanks to their small size and lightweight construction they can often be towed with a standard driving licence and require less storage space when not in use. Despite their compact dimensions they are designed to offer many of the comforts found in larger caravans, including sleeping, cooking and sanitary facilities. This example stands out due to its extensive restoration and modernised equipment, making it suitable for comfortable travel while retaining the charm of a compact classic caravan.
