After it was taken out of regular use in 2019, the car was stored for several years. This year the bodywork has been repainted in its original colour. The Alfa Romeo 33 was introduced in 1983 as the successor to the much-loved Alfasud, from which it inherited its floorpan and its celebrated boxer engines. Together with the Alfasud it ranks among the most successful Alfa Romeo models ever built, with close to one million cars produced during a production run that lasted until the mid-1990s. Over the years the range included sporty Quadrifoglio Verde versions, four-wheel-drive models and several special editions for individual markets.
