Triumph TR6 | 1976
Highlights:
– 2.5-liter 6-cylinder engine
– British Racing Green paintwork
– Black interior
– Black soft top
The Triumph TR6 is one of the most beloved British sports cars ever built. Introduced in 1969 and produced until 1976, the TR6 became the bestseller of the TR series. With its robust 2.5-liter inline six-cylinder engine, the TR6 delivers a raw and direct driving experience that few of its contemporaries could match. The deep, distinctive sound of the six cylinders, combined with its low weight and precise steering, makes it a true driver’s car. This example from the final production year, 1976, is exactly that: a car with character and an honest history. Signs of use are visible here and there — this is not a restored show car, but a TR6 that is ready to drive and enjoy right away.
Finished in classic British Racing Green, this TR6 still presents as an attractive British sports car. Its characteristic lines are beautifully highlighted by the deep green color, while the polished alloy wheels and chrome bumpers give it a well-kept appearance — even though its age is clearly visible. The black soft top is present and functional. Inside, you’ll find a black interior with the characteristic wooden dashboard: quintessential TR6. The seats, Triumph steering wheel, and instruments are intact and provide the familiar cockpit atmosphere. Not a perfect show car, but a driver’s car with presence — one you can simply step into and enjoy on the road.
