Description

Chevrolet Camaro | 1979

Highlights:

– 5.7-Liter, V8 petrol engine with automatic transmission
– Equipped with power steering and Flowmaster exhaust system
– Edelbrock air intake and upgraded radiator
– Valid technical inspection, ready to drive

The seller offers for sale this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro, powered by a 5.7-litre V8 petrol engine combined with an automatic gearbox. The car was originally sold in the Netherlands. The paintwork remains in good condition but shows sun damage on the right front side. The interior shows signs of use, including a tear in the seat upholstery and light peeling on the dashboard. There are rust spots on the chassis, near the rear wheels, around the trunk area and underneath. The vehicle has not been involved in an accident. Technical upgrades include power steering, Flowmaster exhaust mufflers, a Flowmaster radiator and an Edelbrock air intake.
The engine produces smoke when warm and needs maintainance. The current, but undocumeted mileage is 48.000 miles and it holds a valid technical inspection.

The Chevrolet Camaro of the late 1970s represents the classic American muscle car era, combining bold styling with strong V8 performance. Its long hood, wide stance and distinctive front grille make it instantly recognisable. During this period, the Camaro remained one of the most popular sports coupes in the United States, appreciated for its characterful engine sound and rear-wheel-drive dynamics. Today, the second-generation Camaro is valued for its unmistakable design and authentic driving experience, offering enthusiasts a true piece of American automotive heritage.
