We offer for sale this one-off Aston Martin DB2/4 from 1955. This Aston Martin is the only DB2/4 in the world with dual headlights, built by Tickford Coachwork. This is a unique opportunity to buy a one-off Aston Martin DB2/4. As its appearance already reveals, this is a rally-prepared classic that has driven no less than 25,000 km in major international rallies. The Aston Martin is powered by the matching numbers 2.9 liter 6-cylinder engine that is linked to a 4-speed manual gearbox. The car is equipped with various upgrades for reliability and has disc brakes at the front that provide extra driving comfort.
True Aston Martin connoisseurs will immediately see that this car is anything but a standard DB2/4. This classic was built to order in collaboration with coachbuilder Tickford; a company that often built custom bodies for Aston Martin. The additional headlights give this already beautiful appearance a unique look and make it a real eye-catcher. The Aston Martin has an Old English White paintwork and racing stripes and other decals that completely match the rally look. The decals (stickers) can of course be removed. The interior is equipped with dark green leather upholstery. There is also a set of rally seats available.
