Within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under certain conditions. This right does not apply to lots purchased via an auction. This is established in European legislation and clearly stated on the Route 66 Auctions website.
If You Still Decide to Cancel
The following fees apply:
- 9% commission (excl. VAT) on the purchase price
- 15% cancellation fee on the purchase price
You will receive an invoice from Route 66 Auctions, payable within 5 working days. If payment is not received, the claim will be transferred to a judicial collection agency. All additional collection costs are entirely at your expense.
