When the auction closes and you have placed the winning bid, you will receive two separate invoices by email:
- Buyer Protection Fee – This invoice must be paid within 48 hours to:

Always include the invoice number or lot reference number in the payment description. - Full Purchase Amount of the Vehicle – You will receive this invoice within 5 working days after the auction closes.

Include your agreement number or reference for fast processing.
Both payments are handled through our secure payment partners. The full purchase amount is held in a trust account until both buyer and seller confirm that the transfer has been successfully completed.
If you have won multiple lots, please pay both the commission and the purchase invoice separately for each lot to avoid delays in processing.
