The axles and brake system were overhauled, and the tires are new. The exhaust system, clutch and suspension were renewed, and the car received a BMW factory exchange engine. The hardtop, soft top and tonneau cover were all replaced, while the interior seats and trim were reupholstered and refreshed. The exterior trim and chrome parts were renewed and refurbished as part of the same process.
